Welcome to totm! totm ("totm," "we," "us," or "our") is a link-in-bio service. totm lets you build a public profile page — your totem — that holds your links, text, and a short bio at totm.bio. By creating an account, claiming a totem, or using totm, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or legal guardian is aware you use totm and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Signing up: email + password. Keep your password private — you're responsible for what happens on your account.
Unclaimed totems: a totem can exist before anyone signs up (built anonymously, before you claim it). It isn't tied to a person until someone registers and claims it. We may remove, rename, or release unclaimed totems at any time.
Real info: give us accurate information and keep it current.
Your totem is public. Don't post, link to, or use totm for anything that: is illegal or promotes illegal activity; is hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive; is sexually explicit or sexualizes minors; impersonates another person or brand; infringes intellectual property or other rights; contains malware, spam, or scams, or attempts unauthorized access; or harvests/scrapes others' data. We may act on content that crosses the line even if it isn't listed here.
You own what you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it — solely to operate and promote totm and your public totem. This license ends when you delete the content or your account (except backups and legally-required retention).
We may remove content, disable a totem, or suspend/terminate an account — with or without notice — if it breaks these Terms, is unlawful, or in response to a valid legal request. Report infringing or unlawful content to jordan.ambra@gmail.com.
totm is a work in progress. We may add, change, or remove features, or discontinue parts of the service, and will give reasonable notice of major changes when we can.
totm is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, totm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described in Section 5. Disclaimers, liability limits, and already-granted content licenses survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes get a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
